Yolo Audubon is winding down its 22-23 season. We’re sad to lose Ian Taylor as a long-time, very dedicated board member and Harnawaz Boparai, one of our new, young board members, who is leaving to continue his studies. The following new members have been nominated to serve on the board: Bart Wickel, Autumn Turner, Lynette Williams and Konshau Duman. They will be voted on in the upcoming YAS board meeting. If any members want to comment on the slate, they should contact me at info@yoloaudubon.org
Next I want to be sure that everyone knows that we have postponed the Babel Slough Clean-up until late fall. More information will be posted in the September issue of the newsletter.
Finally, CA Duck Days (Yolo Audubon was a sponsor) was a big success with 1400 festival attendees, plus volunteers and exhibitors on April 29. Thanks so much to our volunteers who worked at our exhibit table from 8 to 4.
Have a wonderful summer, and we’ll see you in the fall.

Good birding!
